Hand Sanitizer Cover

Did you ever have an idea that when it started forming you just have to giggle? Well, this is one of them. This is a cover for the large bottle of Hand Sanitizer that can sit on the teachers desk. How fun is this?!? I'm so tickled with myself. I used the digital stamp set called School Sheep from Doodle Pantry. I just think this set is so fun because you get to change what you put on the board. Love that!!

Friends

Hi everyone! I was so excited to go hopping around this afternoon only to check out the Kelley Kid's challenge to see I won 1 free image. This is the cutie I choose. I had to use it right away today and I am entering her back into the sketch challenge for Kelley Kid's. The stamp is called "Chating by the Fence". How cute is this. I really have a hard time making girly girl cards but at Digital Tuesday that is what they wanted to see this week so I tried.
At Truely Scrumptious they wanted to see mostly pink on our projects. At My Time to Craft they wanted to see a girl this week. Finally, over at Secret Crafter they wanted to see a scene. Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you are having a wonderful time crafting!

Oh Happy Day!

It's the free with purchase stamp set from Clear Dollar Stamps. The card below I made below is using the A Time For Tags stamp set. It is the Stamp of the Month set and can be your free with a purchase of $40 or more. Gotta love free stamps. =) The layout for this card came from Tuesday Morning Sketch challenge. I thought the sketch was so fun that I had to try it and it worked perfectly for this set and several other challenge.
The little three circle with the "Oh Happy Day" are shaker boxes - well, shaker circles. At Crafty Pad this week they would like to see a shaker on our projects. That worked out well because at Stampin' Sisters in Christ they wanted us to try something we have been too afraid to try. Well, I've never done a shaker circle so I figured now was the time to try. At Papertake Weekly they wanted us to use dies. I used the Spellbinders Circles and the Clear Dollar Stamps Blooming Bouquet die sets. Finally over at Tuesday Throwdown they wanted to see some dimension and texture. This card has that too. Thanks so much for stopping by and I wish you a happy day also! =)

Have a "Refreshing" Day!

I just loved this new digital stamp set from Doodle Pantry this month. How different! Funny though what I loved the most was this sentiment. =) I just thought it was just too cute for this set! The name of the set is "Peppermint". So today was the lucky day when I got to use it. When I found this layout at the Christmas Challenge my mind went crazy. One fun thing about digis is the resizing. So I took the single mint and resized it to make the circle behind the main image. Let me tell you - that giant mint was a lot of fun to color. The color combo of this card came from The Pink Elephant challenge.
These are the other challenges I am submitting this "refreshing" card into:
Paper Variety - Threads
Bah Humbug - Use Something New (stamp set)
Crafty Hazelnut - Christmas
One Stop Craft Challenge - Bright and Bold
Christmas Card Challenge - Christmas with glitter
Kenny K Challenge - Layers
Clear It Out - Glitter
Paper Sundaes - Green, Twine, Buttons

Thanks for stopping by and with you a "refreshing" kind of day!

Bubble Blower

I think when you look at this image by Sassy Cheryls you either cringe or giggle. What did you do? I had boys with short hair so I never had to deal with gum in the hair but I had friends that did. So I can giggle at the image. Sassy Cheryls is another one of our sponsors this challenge over at Send A Smile 4 Kids. The challenge this time is to use die cutes of punches. Come on over and join in on the fun!
These are the challenges I am entering this fun card into:
Try Stampin - Sketch
My Time to Craft - G= girl and gum (hehe)
Try It On Tuesday - Anything
Aud Sentiments - Anything
Corrosive Challenge - Girly

Paper Playtime - Anything
Thanks so much for stopping by and I'd love to know how you felt about this giant bubble! =)

Blog Hop day for Clear Dollar Stamps!

Yeah, it's blog hop day for Clear Dollar Stamps. If you came from the Clearly iStamp blog then you are in the right place. If not, you will want to start at the beginning of the hop so you don't miss anything. I am the first designer but you will want to make sure you leave a comment on the Clearly iStamp blog so maybe you could be one of the lucky ones to win a prize from Clear Dollar Stamps. This month our theme is "Our Favorite Things". So we could do anything we wanted. Well, that turned out to be very hard for me - not too sure why I just struggled with this but I did. This is my card and below I will tell you what of my favorite things I used on this card.

My Favorite Things: The color red. Bright bold colors. The Lime Juice ribbon (from Clear Dollar Stamps I use it a lot). I love hanging tags with a colored safety pin. I love to use pearls, my corner rounder, ink all around the edges of my card. I love to use pre-made paper flowers. I love a junked up card. Lastly, I love this scripture, it is very calming to me. So those are just some of my "favorite things". =) Now you will want to continue on the hop to Lorie's blog and see some of her favorite things. Make sure you leave me a comment and have a wonderful wonderful day!

Quirky Kangaroo

The weekend can't start any better than with one of the Doodle Pantry Quirky Collection. I havn't had time to use this cutie yet. She is called "Quirky Kangaroo". My week has been so busy with canning tomatoes I haven't had a chance to enjoy my craftroom so I was overjoyed to hear we didn't have enough tomatoes to can this evening. I knew I would have a great time making a card. The layout for this card came from Sketches by Carly. The color combo came from Crafty Catz and Kelley Kid's challenges.
At Crafty Ann's they are looking to see a scalloped edge on your project. Fussy and Fancy wanted to see 3 or more of the same embellishment. Finally, over at Pattie's Creations she wanted to see an animal on your project this week. Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you enjoy your weekend!

Celebrating a Fall Birthday

It felt good today to use fall colors. The weather has been so warm that I am looking forward to fall. That is one really nice thing about living in the Mid-West. We have four very different seasons. This cute squirrel is from Clear Dollar Stamps it is part of a set Squirrel Chatter. I just love the sentiment. How cute is that! I love pun sentiments. They make me smile. =) The layout for this card is from Sunday Sketch Challenge. At Birthday Sundaes they wanted to see a birthday card with the sentiment on the front of the card.
At Come & Get It challenge they wanted to see a fall birthday card. Corrosive Challenge wants to see earth tones. Card Makin' Mamas are looking for a birthday project also. Finally, over at Stampin' B's they wanted to see a birthday card with piercing. I have not done that before although I love seeing it on everyone else's projects. Merriest Christmas Wishes!

Did I tell you I am in love with the August releases at Doodle Pantry? Well, I am! This beautiful tree is from a set called Topiary Seasons. This set is just the neatest! All four seasons on topiary trees and four different pots to plant them in! You will love it as much as I do. When I saw over at Winter Wonderland the challenge I knew right away what I was doing this afternoon! The challenge is white on white except for the image.
The layout is from Christmas Challenge. At Aud Sentiments they wanted to see "Merry Christmas" mine is a version of that. It is from the Birdie Christmas set from Doodle Pantry also. At Paper Play and Fussy & Fancy they both wanted to see a Christmas project. My goal right now is to make one Christmas card a week. Then I won't be so pushed right at Christmas. Thanks so much for stopping by remember come on over to Doodle Pantry and see all the great sets that were just released today!

New Stamps at Doodle Pantry!

Yeah it's digi day at Doodle Pantry! WooHoo! This fun card is made using the new set called "School Sheep". How fun is this! One thing to make it even better is the Doodle Pantry is offering 40% of school stamp sets right now. That includes this set! You can even change what you want on the black board. I made the card into the shape of an apple.
At Doodle Pantry just this month they are offering some of the wonderful paper in outline form. How totally fun! I asked for this because my printer is not the quality to print designer paper. So now us girls who can't color print can make our own paper to match the image you just colored! I am so excited about this. What I did was cut out the shape that I wanted for my card and then colored the paper. How fun!! Let me know what you think of it.

There are 11 different stamps sets being released this month! Yeah!! They also have several different colored paper sets that you will love. I am entering this fun card into these challenges:

Thanks for stopping by and come and visit us at Doodle Pantry to see all the new sets!

What's Shakin'?

I know! But, I got a giggle out of it! When this card started coming together I just couldn't quit. This fun image of a shake and this great sentiment are from Doodle Pantry. The set is called Decadent Desserts. Then yes, it is a shaker box - hehe! At Repeat Impressions they wanted to see a shaker box and this worked too perfectly! The layout for the card is from Try Stampin' on Tuesday.
The color combo is from Play Date Cafe. Blame them for the lime milk shake. Yum. =) At My Time to Craft they wanted to see a drink on our projects. Both Tuesday Throwdown and Clear It Out wanted to see summer. Finally, over at Cooking It Up With Katie she wanted something old - shaker box idea, something new - stamp set (new to me), and our favorite technique - I love to ink around all the edges I just like the look. Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you giggled just a little.

It's A Party!

Since it's a party I thought I would jump out of my comfort box. This adorable slice of cake and sentiment are from Clear Dollar Stamps. What was hard for me was the coloring combo. Only two colors - ouch! But, I did stay true to my love for a junky card. The colors of yellow and white are from the Creative Inspirations challenge. The layout is from the Sweet Sketch Wednesday challenge.
Crafty Creations is having an invation only challenge (too cute). At The Paper Variety they wanted to see at least 4 circles - no problem. At both Party Time Tuesday and Stamps R Us they wanted to see a birthday project. Thanks so much for stopping by and have a wonderful rest of the week!
